ACI Releases New Version of BASE24-eps
ACI Worldwide (New York) has launched BASE24-eps Release 1.0 Version 09.2, the latest version of its online payments processing software, the company announced on Thursday.
BASE24-eps manages electronic payment devices, acquires transactions across many different channels, and performs high-volume switching, routing and authorization services, according to a press release. The solution provides financial institutions with a single view of account activity and balances, and is deployed in productions systems handling both ATM and POS issuing and acquiring of private label and international card scheme traffic.
The latest release includes extended authorization features and increased monitoring capabilities, ACI says. It also features enhanced pre-authorization scripts, making it easier to install and tailor to an organization's needs, according to the vendor.
"The new version of the product gives financial institutions greater agility by providing more functionality and enabling them to meet customer demands for more flexible, tailored solutions," Louis Blatt, chief product officer at ACI Worldwide, said in the release.
The solution, built on open systems technology, runs IBM System z and System p, HP NonStop and Sun platforms.
