Yes we're seeing more and more data that shows that customers are ready to switch banks for better mobile experiences. Digital Cement is exactly the right term. If you don't have a mobile-first strategy yet, you're really endangering your customer relationships.

I like the term "digital cement" - it really illustrates how customers will remain loyal to companies that offer strong engagement through mobile devices. No doubt it will be tough for banks to adopt a continuous engagement cycle and preempt each client's unique needs, but that's what consumers are coming to expect.
