Overview: This International World Wide Web Conference Committee paper studies how to calculate the object popularity scores of Web objects based on their Web popularity and the object relationship graph. Traditional PageRank algorithms is no longer valid because of the existence of heterogeneous relationships between objects. PopRank, a method which considers both the Web popularity of an object and the object relationships to calculate the popularity score of the Web object.
