Overview: According to a summer 2013 survey by Bloomberg Businessweek Research Services (BBRS) of banking executives around the world, more than 70 percent say customer centricity is very important to them. Among other attributes, they cite customer centricity as key to helping staff better understand customer profitability. Bankers also see it as the doorway to providing customers with a consistent and personalized experience.
