Matt Cincera is Senior Vice President, Business Executive for the eCommerce organization within Channel Technology. He is located in Charlotte, North Carolina and is responsible for service delivery and execution for initiatives on bankofamerica.com and Online Banking, supporting Channel Delivery and Integrated Business Planning organizations.

Matt Cincera joined Bank of America in March 2004, and has held numerous leadership positions including the deployment of a single enterprise employee portal (Flagscape), support of key marketing and privacy systems for the bank, and business intelligence & analytics solutions including the enterprise data warehouse (The W).

Prior to joining the bank, Cincera was Manager, Internet Solutions at Motorola Semiconductor Products Sector in Phoenix, Arizona (now Freescale Semiconductor). In that capacity he was responsible for development and operational support of the division's Internet website serving tens of thousands of engineers and external business partners. Other leadership assignments at Motorola included support of global final manufacturing systems, customer relationship management, business-to-business transactions, and product marketing.

Cincera graduated from the University of Wisconsin where he majored in Electrical Engineering, with an emphasis in Computer Engineering, and is a certified Six Sigma Blackbelt.

Gary Greenwald

Gary Greenwald is the Chief Innovation Officer for Global Transaction Services. Global Transaction Services is one of Citi's publicly reported product lines, offering award winning and industry leading Treasury and Trade Solutions, and Securities and Fund Services capabilities to corporations, governments, financial institutions and investment advisors worldwide.

Gary is responsible for driving client-focused innovation across market segments, regions and products, with particular focus on the critical role of technology in the transaction services business. At GTS, Gary has developed market leading solutions in such areas as online banking, digital identity management, and analytics. Considered an industry expert on treasury and transaction banking technology trends, Gary is a frequent speaker and author on the subject.

Gary joined Citi in 1983, and has held a number of diverse positions in both corporate and consumer banking. He holds a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and an MS in Statistics and Operations Research from New York University's Stern School of Business. In 2006, Gary was recognized by Treasury and Risk Magazine as one of the 100 Most Influential People in Finance.

Jacob Jegher

Jacob Jegher, based in Montreal, Canada, is a senior analyst within Celent's banking group. Mr. Jegher's research focuses on emerging technologies and business strategies in retail and wholesale banking. His areas of expertise include online banking (retail, small business, and corporate cash management), social media, IT security, and customer relationship management and strategy.

He is the primary author of Celent's annual global IT spending report, as well as the banking CIO survey and model bank report. His recent consulting work involves advising executive teams on issues ranging from IT strategy to vendor selection.

Mr. Jegher has been widely quoted in the press including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, the Associated Press, the Globe & Mail, and the Financial Post. He is an experienced speaker and has presented at several national conferences and corporate events, including the NACHA Payments and BAI Retail Delivery conferences.

Before joining Celent, Mr. Jegher was an analyst for BCE Emergis, where he was responsible for business strategy as well as market and competitive intelligence. Previously, he held the position of manager of information systems at Research One International, a healthcare consulting and market research firm based in Canada.

Mr. Jegher earned a bachelor of commerce in finance and management information systems from McGill University. He is fluent in English, French, and Hebrew.

Dan Marks

Dan Marks is the Chief Marketing Officer for First Tennessee Bank, one of the two primary business units of First Horizon National Corporation. First Tennessee is the leading bank in Tennessee and has other offices in the southeast. It has been nationally recognized by independent research organizations such as JD Power, and Greenwich Associates for leading customer satisfaction.

Dan is responsible for the overall cross-channel marketing strategy for First Tennessee, a nearly billion dollar revenue business unit of First Horizon National Corporation. Functions managed include Customer Insights, website/e-Commerce Database Marketing, Retail Marketing, Business Marketing, and Affluent/WM Marketing, and Creative Brand Management.

One of Dan's driving passions is continuous improvement of marketing programs based on rigorous ROI measurement and guided by test and learn processes. Prior to joining UBM TechWeb, Fritz worked with Martin Marietta's Computing Standards group -- a team that tested and evaluated technology, and whose objective was to set corporate computing and networking standards. Fritz was a technical writer for USBI, a subsidiary of United Technologies that manages parts of the solid rocket boosters for the space shuttle program. Fritz graduated from the University of Maryland with a bachelor's degree in journalism.

Scott Vaughan
