Bank of Tokyo Rolls Out Cognotec

The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi (BTM; Tokyo) rolled out Cognotec's (London) Market Rate Manager (MRM) solution to provide a single source of bank-specific market rates to internal bank systems. The introduction of MRM provides significant workflow efficiencies and provides complete dealer transparency into the rates that are provided to all systems that require an FX Rate.

Global Home Leverages WRQ

Global Home Loans, a subsidiary of Countrywide Financial Corp. (Calabasas, Calif.), is leveraging WRQ's (Seattle) host access and legacy integration solutions to speed time to market of its outsourcing services and joint ventures. Using WRQ Verastream software, Global Home created Web services from legacy applications that cut customer loan processing times from two years to three months and reduced call center wait times by streamlining access to customer data.

Bank Nagelmackers Adds Odyssey

Bank Nagelmackers Brussels has interfaced Odyssey's (Luxembourg) Front Office Triple'A portfolio management system with its new back-office system. The migration was completed in January. Odyssey's Gateway Pack interface tool, which includes predefined components, enabled the bank to build the interfaces on its own, while minimizing implementation costs.
