What Mencius Might Say About Card Fees

Mencius replied, "There is a man who used to steal one chicken from his neighbor every day. He decided that he would steal only one chicken every month and the next year stop stealing entirely. If you know a thing to be wrong, you should stop right away. Why wait till next year?"What would Mencius say of a bank that realizes some of its card fees are unfair, and that therefore it will stop charging them in three or four months?
