ECHO Appoints Keith Hall to Board

The Electronic Clearing House (ECHO), provider of electronic payment and transaction processing services, named Keith Hall to its board of directors. He will serve on the Audit, Compensation and Governance and Nominating Committee. Hall recently retired as the SVP and CFO of LendingTree, where he had been instrumental in guiding the firm to achieve profitability and raising $150 million in capital, including overseeing the company's initial public offering in 2000.
