September 17, 2008 SunTec, a provider of relationship-based pricing and centralized billing solutions, launched TBMS-F Loyalty, a relationship loyalty management engine that enables banks to offer loyalty-based rewards and dynamic pricing specific to each customer. This also gives banks the opportunity to make their loyalty programs less specifically card based. "TBMS-F Loyalty helps banks clinch a larger share of the customer's wallet and ensures customer retention with its centralized loyalty management and predictive modeling features," said SunTec CEO K Nanda Kumar in a statement.
