logical step
Voice analytics seems like the next logical step in fraud. However, storing voice recordings for analytics requires a lot of space, doesn't it (especially for high-volume call centers)? As an anti-fraud precation, however, banks would likely be happy to pay for the additional storage, archival and analytics technology.
