Oracle and Deloitte Offer New Solution for Accounting and Financial Analytics

Financial Services SolutionPrint, a joint solution from Oracle and Deloitte, helps with finance accounting that can improve shareholder value for banks.

Banks can now get better sub-ledger accounting, improved financial analytics and more efficient risk management with Financial Services SolutionPrint, a new solution that is the byproduct of a partnership between Oracle and Deloitte Consulting LLP. The pre-configured enterprise risk and finance solution includes an accounting rules library designed for financial institutions, a reporting and KPI catalogue and accompanying data models.

The solution will be made available worldwide and offers the advantage of access to Deloitte staff that specialize in tax, finance, risk and business consulting, a statement released yesterday by Oracle said. Oracle offered additional risk management functions in the solution because it found that regulations today increase the need for such risk-adjustment performance tools, Greg Midtbo, the global financial services industry leader of Oracle.
