Moran is responsible for ensuring that all information systems and services meet the bank's operational and strategic objectives. He has over 23 years of information technology experience in the financial services industry. Before joining the FHLB in December 2008, Moran was the managing director and CIO of Trust Company of the West (TCW), an international and diversified investment management firm with over $100 billion in assets under management. TCW is part of the French banking firm Socit Gnrale. Prior to joining TCW in 1993, he held information technology positions with CS First Boston, Drexel Burnham Lambert and Andersen Consulting.
