First Citizens Bank (Raleigh, N.C.) licensed Financial Fusion's (Concord, Mass.) Banking Suite, which will provide First Citizens with an enterprise-wide platform to offer online services and products to retail and business cash management customers.

Webster Adds Allink

Webster Bank (Farmington, Conn.), a subsidiary of Webster Financial Corp., has engaged Harte-Hanks (Billerica, Mass.) to implement Allink CDM, an integrated customer data management system to assist Webster's acquisition of Firstfed America Bancorp (Fall River, Mass.).

Fair Isaac/London Bridge

Fair Isaac UK, part of the Fair Isaac Corp. (San Rafael, Calif.), will acquire debt management software house London Bridge (London). Fair Isaac says its unsolicited offer was accepted by London Bridge founder and chairman Gordon Crawford.

China Minsheng Banking Corp. (Beijing) selected the Teradata (Dayton, Ohio) enterprise data warehouse solution to enhance the customer banking experience.

Bank Leumi Finds Fidelity

Bank Leumi USA (New York) signed an early extension of its core processing outsourcing agreement with Fidelity National Financial (Jacksonville, Fla.). The bank also purchased four products from Fidelity's TouchPoint suite of customer interaction management solutions.

FirstCaribbean Taps I-flex

Bridgetown, Barbados-based FirstCaribbean International Bank will employ i-flex Solutions' (Bangalore, India) FLEXCUBE technology platform to facilitate its cross-border operations in offering online real-time banking and related e-services.

Beacon, DataComm Deal

Atlanta-based Beacon Software partnered with Tampa, Fla.-based DataComm Networks. DataComm will offer Beacon's Compass Internet Banking Platform, and Beacon will market DataComm's managed network and security services.

Marketing firm Synapse Technology (Charlotte, N.C.) and National Commerce Bank Services' (NCBS; Memphis) strategic marketing solutions division will jointly provide U.S. financial institutions with customer- and deposit-retention programs.

ING Bank Slaski Poland (Katowice) will implement City Networks' (London) CityNet Reconciliation, which settles the bank's nostro, internal and intra-day transactions, and CityNet Investigation, which automates the handling of exceptions.
