Druskin Moves Up at Citi

Citigroup (New York) promoted Robert Druskin to COO. Previously, Druskin was president and CEO of Citigroup Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB).

LaFue Joins Barclays

Barclays Bank (London) appointed Gilles LaFue as senior technology officer for Barclaycard. He previously served as SVP of IT operations and infrastructure with First Data (Greenwood Village, Colo.).

Chauvin Takes Risk at TD

Toronto-based TD Banknorth promoted former head of credit risk Mark Chauvin to executive vice president and chief risk officer.

Herb Goes to Columbia

Christine Herb joined Columbia River Bank (The Dalles, Ore.) as EVP and CIO. She previously was director of IT applications for Nationwide Insurance (Portland, Ore.).

FSTC Adds to Board

Financial Services Technology Consortium (New York) added Deepa Soni, SVP and director, enterprise architecture group, key technology services, KeyCorp (Cleveland); George G. Surdu, CTO, information services, Comerica Bank (Detroit); and Mark Tiggas, SVP, systems enterprise architecture, Wells Fargo (San Francisco) to its board of directors.
