TD Canada Trust (Toronto), a subsidiary of TD Bank Financial Group, has signed a deal to implement the Test & Learn solution from enterprise software company APR (Arlington, Va.) in its call center operations.
The bank will use the APT platform to better leverage the wealth of data in the call center with the intention of improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
The Test & Learn Suite is currently licensed by other high-profile financial institutions including Wells Fargo, Wachovia, SunTrust, TD Commerce and PNC. The platform offers a set of solutions to help financial services firms institutionalize a rigorous process of retail branch testing, enabling them to improve the effectiveness of their investments in capital expenditures, marketing, operations, merchandising and site selection.
