Volksbank International (Vienna) has implemented the Sales & Service solution from S1 Enterprise (Atlanta) across nine countries in Eastern Europe, including Slovakia, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Bosnia and Serbia. Sales & Service will provide Volksbank's employees with a complete view of customer interaction across all channels to help improve quality and speed of service at the bank. The bank will use S1 Enterprise in 220 branches.
Volksbank looked to the S1 solution to provide staff with a consolidated view of customer data cross all touch points. It synchronizes with the bank's back office and email systems to ensure that employees have the most accurate, latest data on all customers. In addition, it can flag potential cross-selling opportunities.
So far, the S1 product was rolled out across 53 Volksbank branches in Hungary and 46 in Slovakia.
