The eNsure product is designed to protect lenders against unwarranted accusations of their disclosure practices.
July 30, 2008 SigniaDocs (Jacksonville, Fla.) introduced eSign eNsure, which helps enforce compliant disclosure and loan closing practices by warranting the Good Faith Estimate (GFE), the Truth In Lending (TIL) Statement and annual percentage rate (APR) calculations. The solution creates electronic date and time stamps in key disclosure areas, signifying borrower understanding and acceptance of the conditions.
