Regions Financial has enhanced its mobile banking, bringing new features to customers who access banking services through text message, mobile browser or downloadable iPhone app.
The Birmingham, Ala.-based institution added features to its Regions Mobile Banking service that will allow customers to check balances and 10-days of transaction history, transfer funds, pay bills, locate a branch or ATM using text message commands or GPS, receive text message alerts and bank by text.
"At Regions we know that our customers value products and services that make their lives easier," said Stephen Lamar, head of Mobile Banking at Regions Bank. "Our new offering provides mobile banking access to anyone with text messaging or Internet capability on their mobile device, giving Regions customers the ability to manage their banking needs from anywhere at any time."
Regions enhanced mobile banking services are available at m.regions.com, by downloading the app from the iPhone App Store or registering for mobile banking through Regions online banking.
