Fiserv, a financial services solutions provider, announced a number of updates to its Device Manager solution that helps automate the management of ATM’s and other self-service devices, a statement released by the company today said.
The new Device Manager enhancements include simplified deployment and training for service desk professionals, new incident tracking capabilities that can notify staff if an incident is not resolved within a specific timeframe and management of incident reporting that routes each incident to the most appropriate service desk personnel. The new version also takes advantage of analytics that help in tracking the performance of ATM’s and other devices and provides performance information in dashboards that can by accessed by mobile devices. The solution will also now provide a complete history of all automatic and manual incident resolutions. The new enhancements will help service desks deliver better performance and reliability at a lower cost, the Fiserv statement said.
