January 12, 2009 Chicago-based Devon Bank has selected the Integrated Image Teller solution from Integrated Bank Technology (Cedar Park, Tex.).

The IBT solution will help the bank eliminate paper by replacing all internal documents and the management of this inventory. Item processing personnel needs are reduced because of the virtual elimination of encoding read failures, significantly reducing day 2 processing. The solution also saves on courier costs and reduces data processing fees, according to the company.
