9. The Potential of Mobile Wallets
I'm very surprised that banks don't connect the dots between the card-issuing side and the digital wallets side. A lot of the banks sold their merchant acquiring business a while ago, or they view it as a separate business. But if you look at most mobile payments solutions, they have a merchant acquiring business side, like Square. It has the potential to be a mobile wallet.
