BankAtlantic Touts Multiple Web Awards

The Florida-based bank was recognized in 2010 for its online efforts, including blogging and newsletters.

BankAtlantic, a Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based institution with $4.5 billion in assets, announced that in 2010 it was honored for its online efforts in several ceremonies, including The Interactive Media Awards, The WebAwards and The Internet Advertising Competition.

“BankAtlantic is extremely proud of this international recognition for our Web design,” said Jarett Levan, CEO of BankAtlantic. “None of this would have been possible without the commitment and creativity of our marketing team. As a bank, we are constantly working to enhance our Web experience so our customers can conduct their business online in an efficient and effective manner.”

The bank was recognized for its blog redesign, achievement in financial information and for its online newsletters.

"“Our team is constantly going above and beyond what it takes to provide a superior online experience for our customers,” said Thomas Triozzi, SVP and director of marketing at BankAtlantic. “We strive to make our websites seamless and intuitive so that users can find what they need and navigate along quickly. We are very proud of these recognitions.”
