May 05, 2009 Minneapolis-based U.S. Bank selected the construction budget monitoring module from Custom Credit Systems (Richardson, Texas) to support its commercial real estate lending business. CCS provides credit processing and maintenance systems for small business and commercial loan processing.

CCS' construction budgeting software is designed to manage the lifecycle of construction lending projects as part of the company's straight-through processing strategy. It tracks the budget line items, draws/disbursements, available funds per budget line item, collateral lot tracking and release, payments received, inspections tracking, host system integration and reports.
