Touche CRM succeeds Touch Sales & Service as Harland Financial Solutions' CRM offering. The new solution features a more contemporary architecture with added business intelligence integration. Touche CRM is integrated with Harland Financial Solutions' Touch Analyzer and Touche Messenger solutions. Touche CRM combines standard CRM functionality with business intelligence features and enterprise-wide messaging. In addition to referrals, sales, service and contact management capabilities, Touche CRM accesses data from within Touche Analyzer to build Household Value Segmentation. Because of its interface to Touche Analyzer, Touche CRM enables a complete view of customer relationships by providing consumer and household-level balance and relationship information. Touche Analyzer compiles the information from any in-house or third-party system a financial institution may be utilizing. Additionally, Super Householding from Touche Analyzer enables enables institutions to combine retail and business relationships into a single view for relationship analysis.
