Bank of America, Charlotte, N.C., has signed a $71 million, seven-year ATM servicing agreement with Diebold, North Canton, Ohio. Separately, Bank of America has linked its Mortgage Network wholesale lending Web site to ePass Business Center, a mortgage origination service from Ellie Mae, Pleasanton, Calif.

Texas Bay Area Credit Union, Pasadena, Texas, has installed 816 Audio System, a communication system for drive-up teller stations from Diebold, North Canton, Ohio.

BB&T, Winston-Salem, N.C., has licensed RECON-Plus, an account reconciliation product from CheckFree, Atlanta, for its general ledger operations. Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston has licensed RECON-Plus to reconcile correspondent bank accounts and perform pass-trhough processing.

Security Finance Corp., Spartanburg, S.C., has purchased asset and transaction tracking software from Chesapeake System Solutions, Owings Mills, Md.

BankAtlantic, Fort Lauderdale, Fla., has introduced CashLinkWeb, a Web-based cash management service.

Visa U.S.A., San Francisco, has released smart Visa Network, a suite of applets and personalization requirements for smart card programming.

Hibernia National Bank, New Orleans, has licensed Stratics, a suite of analytical CRM tools and services from Harland Analytical Services, Atlanta.
