Fifth Third Bank licenses Consumer Banking Solution; Fifth Third installs ImageMark Archive; City National Bank licenses Automated Clearing House Processing System from eFunds.

Fifth Third Bank, Cincinnati, has licensed Consumer Banking Solution, a Web banking system from Financial Fusion, Boston. Separately, Fifth Third has installed ImageMark Archive, an image capture and archiving system from NCR, Dayton, Ohio.

City National Bank, Los Angeles, has licensed Automated Clearing House Processing System, an electronic payments system from eFunds, Scottsdale, Ariz.

Charter One Bank, Cleveland, has installed InQuira 5, a customer self-service platform from InQuira, San Bruno, Calif.

KeyCorp, Cleveland, is using Click2Coach, an e-learning system from Envision Technology, Seattle, to train customer service agents.

FleetBoston Financial is converting to ImageMark Capture, an image processing system from NCR, Dayton, Ohio, to process ATM deposits.

Comerica, Detroit, has selected Inter-Business Vault, an information security system from Cyber-Ark Software, Dedham, Mass., to secure its communications with corporate clients. Separately, Comerica has licensed SQR, a business intelligence system from Brio Software, Santa Clara, Calif., to report customer revenue and product utilization.

Viewpointe Archive Services, Charlotte, N.C., is offering FraudGuard, a check fraud detection system from Fiserv, Brookfield, Wis., as an optional service.

Mellon Financial, Pittsburgh, and BOK Financial, Tulsa, Okla., have licensed Performance Management Suite, a business reporting and forecasting system from Inea, Toronto.

Wells Fargo Home Equity, San Francisco, has installed Next Generation Input System, a document management system from Guardian Mortgage Documents, Lakewood, Colo., at its Lender's Alliance Web site.

National Commerce Finance Corp., Raleigh, N.C.; Colorado Business Bank, Denver; Woodforest National Bank, Houston; and Hudson Valley Bank, Yonkers, N.Y., have selected CashPlus, a cash management system from Fundtech, Jersey City, N.J.

Charles Schwab Bank, San Francisco, has contracted with Sanchez Computer Associates, Malvern, Pa., for core banking, call center and online banking services.

Merrill Lynch, New York, is using RadianzNet, an IP-based extranet from Radianz, New York, to connect to its trading partners.

First Tennessee National Bank, Memphis, Tenn., has licensed Corporate Banking Solution from Financial Fusion, Boston.

Cape Cod Bank and Trust, South Yarmouth, Mass., has licensed Paychek Plus, a stored-value card system from FSV Payment Systems, Houston, for its payroll card product.
