UMB Financial, Kansas City, Mo., has licensed a content management software package from Stellent, Eden Prairie, Minn.

Citibank, New York, is offering payment gateway and risk management services from CyberSource, Mountain View, Calif., to its merchant customers as part of its CitiConnect seller solution.

CIBC, Toronto, has entered into a 7-year, C$2 billion IT services contract with HP, Palo Alto, Calif.

First Niagara Bank, Buffalo, N.Y., is standardizing its retail and business banking operations on Enterprise Platform, a full-service system from S1, Atlanta.

Peoples Federal Savings Bank, Aurora, Ind., has contracted with Intrieve, Cincinnati, for outsourced core banking and e-banking services.

CompassBank, New Bedford, Mass., has contracted with Fiserv, Pittsburgh, for processing services.

NYCE, Woodcliff Lake, N.J., will allow member institutions to initiate real-time account transfers using the Online Money Movement payment system from CashEdge, New York.
