Wells Fargo, San Francisco, has licensed Personal Advisor, an online retirement planning and advice service from mPower, San Francisco.

Fifth Third Bank, Cincinnati, Ohio, is installing the DVMS1600 Digital Video Management System from Silent Witness, Surrey, B.C., to monitor activity at its branches.
